'Last week I took my son to our family doctor to be fitted with a chastity device. This is a very common question from first-time keyholder moms, and an important one: a boy's sexual development depends just as much on his experience at home as his professionally-administered clinical sessions. You have a few different options here: at a minimum, you'll need to be able to spread his legs for unrestricted access to his 'private' parts. A good ankle spreader bar will achieve this and should be a staple in every mother's male care kit. Personally, I carry a telescoping model in my purse, and also keep a heavier duty option in my car for emergency house calls!

Now, a spreader bar alone won't immobilize him - for that you'll need a more commprehensive restraint system. A team of 'assistants' (sisters, aunts, cousins, etc) can help you with this by simply holding him down during your sessions, but you may want to consider a more robust solution. I recommend you start by considering where he sleeps: as far as I'm considered, every boy deserves a sturdy steel frame bed complete with mounting points for tie down straps! If that's not an option, you can also consider installing anchor points in the floor around his bed - while a little less convenient, they can be just as effective.

Finally, if you have the funds and space, your best option is to invest in a purpose-built male medical restraint system! While you might be able to find gynecological exam equipment for less money, you really do want the additional features of a dedicated male confinement system: a structurally-reinforced frame, full-body immobilization, and the ability to easily position his face for cunnilingus. While it might be a significant investment, the benefits go a long way too: my personal home setup gets used not only on my husband and two sons, but on my daughter's boyfriends, all my nephews, and several boys from the neighbourhood.
